CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to make your appointment, my cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours advance notice without being fully charged for the appointment. Likewise, if I need to cancel, I will give you the same courtesy of at least 48 hours advance notice.
In the event of a true emergency, as determined by the Consultant, the fee for the session will be waived and in case of a true emergency on my part, the fee will be waived equally.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payment is due in advance of service. Following sessions will not be booked until payment is received. I accept cash, bank transfers and BTC.
CLIENT AGREEMENT

I understand that any academic work I engage in does not guarantee any outcome. The outcome is dependant upon the participants.
I affirm that I have stated all my academic assessed levels and answered all questions honestly.
I understand that any illicit or suggestive remarks or behaviour on my part will result in immediate termination of the session and I will be liable for the total cost of the scheduled appointment.
I agree to keep the practitioner updated as to any changes in my academic commitments and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner’s part should I fail to do so. I hereby waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Fiona Malcolm from any and all injuries, damages or claims resulting, now or in the future, from my receipt of services from The Fiona Malcolm's specialised services.

The lawful basis under which I hold your information is for ‘claims occurring’ insurance and the obligations of my professional body.

In order to give professional treatments, I need to ask for and keep information about your academic levels and progress. I will only use this for informing sessions and any advice I give as a result of your participation. The information I hold is:

The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office: To be able to complain to the ICO if you feel your details are not correct, if they are not being used in a way that you have given permission for, or if they are being stored when they don’t have to be.

I can move my client records between my computer and IT systems, as long as your details are protected from being seen by others without your permission.
